I’ve been the producer of this project. I have organized sprints and tasks for a 8 people team, identifing clear deadlines and communicating with each pole; I have been involved in the game design of the project, I dealt with external companies and quotations, I accompanied the project to the release date. I have contributed to the art of the game, established an art direction and created assets as well as FX, integrated them in the project, working closely with our main programmer. I have also provided the different marketing assets for the apple store and google store, and the materials needed for featurings.
